By purchasing this product, you (the "Purchaser") automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk The Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the use of the Product may involve risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. The Purchaser voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product.

Release and Waiver The Purchaser hereby releases, waives, and discharges [Company Name], its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind that may result from the use of the Product, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Indemnification The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the use of the Product.

No Warranty The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety or performance of the Product, and that the Product is provided "as is."

Governing Law This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Severability If any provision of this waiver and release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding By purchasing the Product, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read this waiver and release, fully understand its terms, and understand that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. The Purchaser acknowledges that this waiver and release is a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
